Roland Peña

SPI Consultant Roland Peña has had a successful business and consulting career centered on a solutions-oriented approach to partnering private and public-sector leaders. His quick grasp of the objectives and challenges of each sector are extremely valuable in developing strategy and implementing solutions.

Experienced in cultivating public-private partnerships, Roland is also adept at program development, project management, team-building, stakeholders involvement, civic outreach, and every other aspect of project success.

His cross-sector experience has allowed him to develop long-standing relationships with leaders in the public and private sectors, particularly among a variety of leaders and officials at all levels of government. He maintains an enviable network of those contacts.

Known as a problem-solver, Roland applies his skills, experience and proficiency in collaborative efforts to help clients reach their goals.

Roland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management and a Master of Business Administration degree in international trade, both from Sul Ross State University.
