Randall Slaughter

Randall Slaughter, the recently retired fire chief of the city of Atlanta, has joined the Strategic Partnerships, Inc. (SPI) Consulting Team.

Randall has three decades of experience with public- and private-sector relationship building. As the chief executive in the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, he played a key role in the planning and execution of major events hosted by the city of Atlanta such as: Super Bowl LIII, NCAA Final Four basketball tournaments, NCAA Championship Football games, and major 5K road races as well as international conferences.

Having served in multiple ranks and divisions of labor, including deputy chief of the Airport Fire Division, Randall has extensive experience in the areas of budgeting, program management, strategic planning, and leadership development.

He served as a U.S. Marine Corps reservist for nine years and holds a bachelor’s degree in policy studies from Georgia State University and a Master in Public Administration from Columbus State University.107 He is a graduate of the prestigious Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy as well as a 2020 graduate of Leadership Atlanta.

Randall’s public safety and leadership experience will serve as assets for SPI clients looking to do business with first responder agencies.
