Patsy Parrish

With an abundance of experience in both the public and private sectors, SPI Consultant Patsy Parrish has a unique perspective on issues from public administration to government procurement that provide immeasurable assistance to SPI clients seeking a strong foothold in the public-sector marketplace.

An award-winning business leader, Patsy is well-versed in business and finance issues. Her public-sector experience includes more than two decades in government from the local to federal levels, most recently as assistant director of business diversity for the North Texas Tollway Authority, where she managed and administered compliance and community relations programs. Patsy has high-level expertise in administration, program evaluation and contract compliance. She has chaired a variety of task forces and commissions for the city of Dallas and has established and maintained a relationship with public-sector officials at all levels of government.

Patsy holds a master’s degree in management and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix.
