SPI External Consultant Lynda BakerSpecializing in facilitating participatory strategic planning, Lynda is a leader in the field of group process consultation and meeting facilitation, which are critical when partnering the public and private sectors on procurement opportunities.  She provides clients with solutions for collaborative problem-solving, decision-making, strategic and action planning.

Lynda has created successful client engagements across several industries and in state government collaborations, local government planning initiatives, community engagement projects and stakeholder engagement sessions. Her experience also includes strategic communication and organization development and training within state government.

Highly lauded by her peers, Lynda has served on the board of directors of the International Association of Facilitators, and on the regional board of the Southwest Facilitators Network.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Stony Brook University and a master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
