Elizabeth Ann Gates
A wealth of organizational skills and extensive experience in facilitating groups makes Elizabeth Ann Gates a valued member of the SPI team’s Special Services Division. She offers a variety of engagement options to this division.
Elizabeth Ann is adept at training board members and professional staff and can provide individualized coaching. Throughout her career, she has been the “go to” person for strategic planning and organizational assessment. Additionally, she has strong credentials in implementing collaborative leadership initiatives, program and fund development, communications, marketing and organizational development.
Elizabeth Ann is adept at creating and planning special events of all types, board and leadership retreats and fundraising programs. She has conducted staff development as well as board development for numerous organizations and is experienced in writing and producing training materials and manuals.
Elizabeth Ann honed many of her skills while serving at the administrative level in state government at the Texas Governor’s Mansion. She is committed to teamwork, excellence and results. All engagements are customized and are priced after a Scope of Work is developed.
Elizabeth Ann holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree from the University of Houston. She also completed graduate study at Merton College, Oxford University, in England.
