David E. Garcia

David E. Garcia has expertise in the legal field as well as in education, making him a valuable asset to SPI’s Consulting Team. David’s law practice and record of community involvement in various areas of South Texas have spanned almost three decades. A practicing attorney since 1989, he is experienced in labor law and work-related issues at the local, state and federal levels of government.

A by-product of his many years of working closely with community members has led David to develop relationships with government leaders at the city and county levels as well as in public education and higher education.  His relationships with those in leadership positions in South Texas run deep. He also has a long history of having worked with area elected officials representing South Texas at the federal, state and local government levels.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Trinity University in San Antonio and a law degree from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
